Marcus Rabe is the COO of Insight Softmax Consulting. His love for data and mathematics goes back to his early days in school. At ISC, his goal is to help every business unlock their full potential by harnessing the power of data science.

Marcus's career began in the German Air Force working on the Eurofighter program, where he managed large software teams charged with building mission-critical software. After he completed his military service, Marcus spent nearly a decade working in consulting, focused on business process and digitization transformations. His role in the consulting world allowed him to engage with a wide variety of clients and projects, from teaching data science and engineering processes to company executives, to managing multi-million dollar projects digitizing train cargo infrastructure across Europe.

Today, Marcus's role as ISC's COO is to ensure the operations of the business are running smoothly. He also leads the data science and professional services divisions of the company. This is where his passions for data, math, and business processes can really shine. Whether he's working with businesses to digitize their operations or supporting ISC's team of experts in transforming customer processes with data science, Marcus makes sure that ISC's customers have all the necessary tools to achieve their data-enabled business goals.

Marcus is originally from Germany and spent a large portion of his life abroad in the US and the UK. He holds a master's degree in mathematical engineering, as well as master's degrees in business administration and analytics. He is currently an adjunct professor at Hult International Business School, teaching computational data analytics at a post-graduate level.
